HAND-SPRAYED TANNING - THE HEALTHY WAY TO TAN!
BEFORE TANNING:  Shower using soap with NO MOISTURIZER.  Skin must be free of body oils, lotion, hair conditioner,
deodorant & makeup.  

WHILE TANNING:   Women may wear underwear, bathing suit or nothing.  Men must wear shorts, bathing suit or underwear.

AFTER TANNING:  Wait 6-8 hours before putting any liquids on skin (avoid showering, sweating, lotion, massage, pedicure,
deodorant etc).   After that, shower and keep skin moisturized.
